I left CoD on the shelves for long time even though i was coming here sometimes to have a look at updates.
What I saw from the latest non-official updates is a great improvement on the original game but at the same time the setting has not moved an inch from the summer of 1940 and in almost 3 years no new planes have been added. I expected to see the latter Channel battle with Mk V & 109-F or even 190s; just fixes with gargantuan waiting times between patches.
Since the next chapter of IL2 won't be anything really new (eastern front again) I wanted to know if I can finally buy the game expecting some serious third party addons (not patches) like happened to IL2 or just pass once more...
