AGC says switches to watchers when enemy is behind the CHL colocated with the CH. CHL was panoramic--rotatable antenna. After mid 1940, it also used a PPI to simplify operator interpretation. Either CH was meant, or the coast watchers don't become the "sole" source of info until the enemy is about 25 miles behind the CH/CHL station. There were mobile CHL as well, though I have no idea when. Both radars were "2-D," so height was always just an estimate. Great that someone has implemented this. I don't fly much (busy making stuff for legacy IL2), so I didn't catch whether AI voice is part of the deal. That would be the best.
