I did try putting my MP code into steam and it didn't recognise it. I didn't try Mp yet and get gamespy account.
however I did apply the rather 3 large patches unbeknownst to me, and it seems to be much smoother now...! ive played the same area which I had the problem and it hasn't done it in an hours playtime.
So think were okay now..
