1) impossible
2) as for enemy stack size go to game folder/sessions/addon/ses.kfs archive (open with winrar/winzip) and in it find logic.txt file. Open it (notepad/wordpad) and find this part :

Change alead (it`s enemy leadership) to 0.5(easy difficulty)/1.0(normal)/1.30(hard)/1.7(impossible) pick difficulty you want to mod, and set it to whatever you want.
