my guess is, that 5% learning bonus are missing.
So completely equipped, you have 142% xp (the 137% from above, see Fatt_Shade, plus 5%), which leads to a base xp of 1375
Without belt and tooth you have 127%, which leads to 1375
That looks quite correct ...
