Trolls tank and slowly damage the spider. Call of nature right in-front of the spider is also a good idea. Warrior maidens resurrect anything that dies. Other stacks clean up spiders and can hit the big spider if you have a revive handy.

Maidens were killed very fast. You must handle 10+ stacks with 200+ spiders without loss. BTW Maidens resurrects 1-4, not the trolls.
