I'd trust 1C with my money again in a heartbeat,
but only after I'd have read reviews and more importantly what people that has already bought the game say. I wouldn't buy it unseen at release-day (or preorder) at this point, but that might change if they impress me enough during the period up to the point of release.
I'll also add that I'm very hard to impress after CLoD, but we'll see what happens. Rome wasn't built in a day, the original IL2 wasn't good at day 1
