I'm afraid I've never heard of "Dog House" plot. In the Air Force, we had "V-G" (Velocity-Accelleration) diagrams which may be similar. Although V-G diagrams would be really nice, I only want a general cornering velocity that I can always shoot for when the enemy is after me. I'm a big believer in KISS...(Keep it simple, stupid).
