IIRC it works the same as in 46.
You have to insert a file named rcu (text file below , no extension) in your 1C softclub/il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover folder.
To use , you enter the console during play and type the abbreviation needed. (in the following aa show fps, ab hides fps, ic and id modify the dots the way I want.
