I notice your registration date is March 2012.
Your right it was no 'one person' but If you go back a year or so and read the posts you'll see that Maddox Games and 1C were placed under quite a significant amount of pressure from the community to release the game in whatever state it was in.
Things have quietend down round hear since the headdy days of early March 20-11!
