Imagine, everyone who doesnt think emissions cause global warming doesnt have to pay the taxes on it. Everyone who deos think it cause global warming has to pay the tax. Lets say I dont believe, so I dont pay road tax and get a discount on everything I buy! Can you imagine that? - WOW.
