Kermode's terminology is a bit dated, I think. What's the publication date?

Most textbooks and the industry people I know prefer the following breakdown:
  • Dynamic Stability:
    • Positive
    • Negative
    • Neutral
  • Static Stability:
    • Positive
    • Negative
    • Neutral
