When I play CLOD I like to listen to a pair of Jumos.
Tho, I have to admit. I like that Gnome N9 in the Nieuport 28 in Rise of Flight a lot more.
I'm playing with headpnhones (Audio-Technica's ATH-A700X) and couldn't fly with music. You can't even hear the wing buffet.
