An unconscious skydiver (usually after hitting another skydiver) will fall in one of two positions. Either faceup, bent over at the waist with arms and legs tariling upward, or facedown, bent backwards slightly, arms spread to the sides and legs bent back.

But if you're asking about somebody not in freefall, but with a deployed canopy suddenly shot full of holes... I don't know. Depending on what kind of damage was done to the canopy, just about any kind of tumbling might be possible.
