Show me one piece of software that has never been patched because it was perfect at launch, it is a very sad state of affaris that we live in times where it has become the norm for software to be released before it has been fully tested or is at all ready for release. Yes, CoD was in a far worse state than 99% of releases but please, do not attempt to make out that it is alone in it's stable, there are plenty of games that come close, Skyrim on the PS3 comes to mind instantly.
If you feel the software was not suitable for purpose then it should have returned it to the point of purchase long ago.
Buyers have every right to complain about it's faults and indeed they should complain, but the continual repitition is going nowhere apart from inflaming the community especially when we know it is being worked on.
