Is this map 100% working?

I have encounter 2 problems with with the map.

When I have AI spawn on the runway and a human spawns,the human always spawns on top of the AI and blows up.It seems no matter what I do with the spawn area and air dome locations I can not get the AI and humans to play nice.

If I set the AI to spawn parked they are off to the side of the runway but never start their engines.The human spawns on the runway and the "I" key starts the engine.

If I set the AI to spawn on the runway and the human to spawn parked the AI start their engines and take off but the "I" key does not work for the human plane that spawned parked.

I do not seem to have this problem with other maps.
