I've clocked up around 120+ hours now, I'd say around 100 of that is online either on ATAG or with II./JG53, the other 20 have been spent with FMB or otherwise getting things setup on my end.
Sure, there are issues with the game, and sure we have been waiting FAR TOO long for a patch to fix the launcher crashes but overall the game is most certainly playable and I;ve been having a lot of fun with it.
I only really visit here to see the updates and catch up on any eventful news with regards to the patches or BoM. Overall I don't participate in conversations here too often as it is just rehashing the same old tired arguements from a lot of people who don't actually spend that much time flying the sim but rather spend time on the forums making unconstructive posts.
Sure, Cliffs of Dover has had it's fair share of issues but for me it's been a great experience and as a group we are working around the bugs in the game to make sure we can progress our virtual campaign and above all enjoy flying together in a co-operative nature.
Each to their own though, I can understand why some may find CloD very fustrating at the moment, but from my viewpoint I think unless you put the time into the game at the moment you'll not be able to see the beauty that is present but just needs a bit of shining to make it what we all want it to be. Of course I get fustrated and irritated with it at times, but the amount of great fun I've had with the sim has just outweighed that immensely.
