1-2 hours a day on ATAG or offline bomber training. I find online too hard until I know what I'm doing since there are no external views to easily see the bomb release (indicator is bugged in the HE-111) and the target.
Snapper's post pretty much sums it up for finding contacts. Definitely jump on TS3 - even one other person on comms can change your whole evening. Just yesterday there was a 110 and a 109 buzzing Hawkinge. Four of us on teamspeak converged at the same time from different directions. I think it was Snapper who said, "Those poor guys, they're already dead but they just don't know it yet!" He sure was right - great fun! A 110 that has lost its energy is such a nice target.
And I don't know how many times I have seen a 109 closing on a red's six who isn't on teamspeak. Usual procedure is to call 'checksix' or 'break' but when they aren't listening they just go down in flames.
Edit: Definitely with you there, ElAurens. Very much looking forward to the expansion even though I'm still enjoying the channel.
