Noctua makes good heat-sinks, I own one it works fantastic, my AMD 965 at stock clocks never reaches temps above 40 degrees Celsius , albeit Intel chips generally run hotter. This is what I got: http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=p...s_id=31&lng=en
