The elite Japanese infantry (SNLF) start with an Type-4 RPG launcher with 1 Type-4 RPG loaded in it, and then they have nothing but Panzershrek Ammunition. so each anti-tank infantry has 1 rocket instead of the standard 6 or whatever.
I dont know if this happens in Multiplayer but it is a huge problem for the Japanese skirmishes, Japan has awful tanks and the only good anti-tank thing they have is the elite infantry... which only have one rocket... makes doing any of the japanese missions on higher difficulties that much harder.
Also, the Japanese Supply truck has the type-4 Rpg ammo, but it is called desc/ammo/type 4.
