Yes. What I mean is testing is done to find issues. This can happen on final stage too. Thus they found a huge issue that prevents them from making big progress as they informed the community in December already. Some just missed these announcements and base their expectations on wrong (outdated) information.

The remaining 20% of work always takes 80% of time. It is true. Been there. (... or was it Pareto's? But Parkinson's are not better
