Many people have had this problem. Make sure all control divices
(such as Xbox 360) are
DISCONNECTED from the computer
(except the mouse). In the game menu, go to settings then controls, and make sure you are in Keyboard Mode, then varify that steer left is left arrow & steer right is right arrow. Your problem should be solved.
