Well what a world of difference !!!! With the stock one I get poor FPS stutter all over the place something that everyone complain about .. ...........But everything change as soon as I change my CLOD profile under the Radeon Pro app ( fallow my Nvidia instinct  )... now.. getting ultra smooth sim high FPS .. wo ot ! Well, what settings did you enable/disable with this little tool that make it run so much smoother? Process high priority on, disable aero, texture and mipmap quality, cpu affinity, trilinear filtering on, vsync off, tesselation off? Please be a bit more specific.
