It is a bit OT but relative as well guys, just in case you are not aware of it:

Connect a second monitor to your PC, change the settings on conf.ini in order to have the mouse flow among windows without limitations (by default you cannot move the mouse out of CoD without pressing Alt-TAB) and use Touchbuddy to define all the clumbersome keystrokes.

PS. Touchbuddy is actually designed for people who want to connect a touch screen (small 8" monitor) and press the buttons by touching the relevant surface o the monitor. But this is a considerable investment...
The easy way is by connecting an old monitor (size is not important) and using the mouse.
