Do not despair. I have very similar specs (to the OP) and run the Black Death track at 41fps avg with everything on high (except AA @2x, no SSAO as I can't detect the benefit) @1920/60 60mhz. I see very few stutters or slow-downs, notwithstanding mp probs since last patch) I can give more details of settings if you would like?
