People are still having all the kids they want and don't want.
To bad you can't add fertility with a pill and be infertile as default.
We already have the default mechanism in place... it's called having the thinking ability to be responsible about reproduction. We do have the most highly developed brains of every living creature on earth, but we cannot control or own reproduction.
So, the flouride must be affecting our ability to think responsible about reproduction. We humans be just like the monkee...
Guess that is why many people think they are kin, because we think and smile like them?
