After reading all reports i'm puzzeled! In most cases i'm just the opposite of you all. i have all settings on the highest with the exception off these...

-Anti- Epilepsy Filter=0
-SSAO=0
-VSYNC=0
My screen is set on 1920x 1080.
All the other settings are on MAX like i said before.
i have almost no stutters and Freezes, detailed towns, now i can see explosions in the air (AAA) and on the ground (bombs). All and all smooth flying even over land and cities. Before this Patch it was unflyable for me on theses settings.
So i'm happy
colors ain't to bad either tbh only thing i noticed is that voices from other pilots are very loud compared to other sounds in the game.
