I did everything by your instructions and it works!!!
The only problem is that you need to fix the
comment_out_emmision.zip file cause i tried to do it with that and all it does is this:
; [emmision]
Every time you tell it to comment the "emmision" out, it adds
;
But everything else works!!

Also, I noticed that the
comment_out_emmision.zip file
may not work for all of the files ( it may not delete the "[emmision]" in some of the files). I think most of those files are
roof_spark.mtl , but i'm not 100% sure, so you'll have to check manually...
I deleted all of the "[emmision]" manually and now the houses work just fine!
