Luthier works for 1C. Clod is a product. If Luthier says "end of monday" the natural interpretation is that he means end of their
workday.
And as Luthier and 1C operates in Moscow it's their timezone.
Now, the only thing we don't know is when their workday ends. I'm not russian but 08.00 - 17.00 seems to be standard business hours around the globe.
So I started this thread 1.45 hours before 17.00 moscow time. Most posts in this thread asking for the patch is AFTER 17.00 moscow time.
