My brain process information I read with my eyes. The only logical conclusion for me is that there is no need for assumptions and personal opinions.
Don't get me wrong, they should take as much time as necessary, but they should also give a one sentence note in here in if they can't meet their own schedule. I'm sure nobody would really worry about.
