I understand your point. Also a photographer. I can see the difference in the cockpit though - the bottom one is sunlight. I needed to look at the right hand side of the canopy shadow on the dash and how bright that area is compared to the above picture. The outside is a different issue though. While I'm holding all judgement until the patch is out, I will comment that there does not appear to be enough range of brightness/contrast in the sunny day picture outside. I would say that the bluish, ground haze would become as seen with a little more altitude unless under a cold, bright fall/spring day when no haze should appear and the colour pallet moves to the extreme in contrasts.

It will be interesting to see how this rolls out.

ps. noticed the canopy closed. Wonder how much the glass is still affecting the image saturation. It would be beneficial to see the outside with the cockpit open.
