Yes yours does display the bases correctly. I compared both mission files and yours was made from the online version while mine was made from the standard Slavakia map. I don't believe that matters and all other pertinent lines are identical so I'm stumped as to why mine doesn't show the bases as colored and yours does.

Deacon I concur.I tried a dogfight mission on the standard Slovakia map and the homebases remain white (as the neutral bases) in the minimap.Its a bug.
