Most of 80 Wings MkVIII's appear to have carried the Ace of Spades rudder marking. 457 was known as the 'Grey Nurse' squadron and several of their MkVIII's carried the Grey Nurse legend and various styles of sharkmouths. 457Sqn's code at this time was ZP-_. RAAF Spitfire Serials were in the A58-xxx series.
