ok
here's a little tip that i found out
my native resolution is 1920-1080 60hz
so i set this in game
the problem was that i've got some stutters and when i hit the Esc button i was getting some black screen for a while
sometimes get me to the desktop
so the solution was to change in game options the native resolution that i've got
in this case 1920-1080 60hz to 1920-1080 59hz
now the game runs much better and the good news is that when i press Esc i don't get anything
