Reading into the emails these are pretty large steps being taken on the entire game engine. This is a positive move but doesn't deserve a pat on the back nearly 6 months after release.

I know you paid your dollars and expected a game too play, but at least they haven't done a SH5 on us, and as the repair work they are doing is not costing us anymore dollars, I think a thanks isn't really too much to give is it ?
