Hmm well I would say buy it but not until after the next patch comes out
It sounds like there are going to be a lot of major changes to major bits of the game and if you wait then you will not be left thinking well i liked this better before but these parts are better now and so on.
For you it will be like a fresh start and what ever game it is after the patch will be your first look at it
