Default Where to buy COD Collector's Edition in the United States?
Quick question. I've noticed that best buy has the standard version of COD for preorder. Now I'm assuming the release date won't change again here but does anyone in the U.S. know where we will be able to pick up a hard copy of the collector's edition?
