I did not test it as i am not a bomber. Though reported the above screenshots as a bug at sukhoi.ru forums.
Probably worth doing some tests with tracks and reporting in 2 bugreport threads in this forums as well.
I was told direct hit of 500 kg bomb does not sink a ship when explodes.
