to do this my idea would be buy 6GB more RAM
I think you have 3 Slots free then run a RAMDISK and move your Steam+
Game on it.This would give you a few more frames or little bit higher settings.

I've running a 5GB Ramdisk with entire Steam on it and it gave me about 10FPS more over London, it's only a suggestion.
