I hope moderators at 1C see the benefit of dedicated forums dealing with creative content. It is something we have done at
M4T for some time.
However, I've added a new forum to our IL-2 Developers forums,

Content of the forum may be used to create a knowledge base/wiki, we also have downloads facilities which can used to make files available to a group of beta testers or to the community at large. We offer more flexibility than a pure forum and hope you will take advantage of what we offer.
There is a similar section for skinners. Very few posts right now but once the ball starts rolling great things can happen
