*Sigh* The only Flight-Sim that I have found that portrayed Luftwaffe fighters pretty accurately is the original "WarBirds" on the Mac and PC.
Though, I have never played IL on the PC, so I don't really know how they portrayed the axis planes in that game.
If this game is good and thats a BIG if, I just hope they portray the planes fairly accurate.
Off Topic:
I really miss WarBirds, that was a great game, you could blow chunks off planes and still fly them...err...ride them to the ground. (Inside the Cockpit!!!)
