Checked. It uses 450Mb out of 4Gb.

I did, but even after reverting the changes, it still CTD.
I have done nothing to the sim except to put that SSO Mod, which changes I reverted as soon the error appeared.
I have tried to modify the settings of the sim again, but nothing has worked so far.
