the zips you extract to the install directory so you have two new folders nassao and lowtex.
I'm sure the guide was straight forward.
Goto steam library, right-click CoD and select properties, select "set launce options" and write -mod=nossao -mod=lowtex.

Do you mean right click Launcher, if so, when i right click there is no set launch options
