The only thing I noticed is the occasional failure to load the game (black screen where the intro video should be) and increased loading times.
The stutters is still there I'm afraid

AMD Phenom X4 965 3.4 GHz
8 GB ram
GeForce GTX 275
Windows 7 64bit
