DirectX or Open GL
What is this sim optimised for? DirectX or Open GL.
If it is DirectX then maybe some of the problems members are having are related to DirectX versions. I have pre-ordered this in NZ (expected release 15th April) but some of the posts have me a little worried (if I told the truth a LOT worried) about how this game will run on a middle of the road system. I am running il2 1946 perfect settings with 2xAF and 8xAA with no problems, frame rates on most missions 85--30fps (this is what I am getting with "Black Death" track") with smooth play.
