look at my sig to see my system specs...i am running everything at MAX in this 4x4 battle...mind you it is mostly over water and when i flew over the city at treetop level (not in vid) it dropped to 11-15 fps
but it should give you a good reference point
BTW i joined a DF server tonight and was getting 80-120 fps at low to medium settings
it was ugly as hell but fluid
