Triggger I would have thought at this stage at least, the likelihood of having to recode to satisfy epilepsy protocols seems very unlikely; given Ilya has stated an amicable solution with Ubi in which a
splash screen warning will be put in place. That, along with the
optional filter (or its tweaked replacement) will cater for all, without degrading gaming experience en masse.

Also Ilya's assurance ^ that there will be no difference other than language - this would also make sense regarding unified patches & updates - supports a single global game engine.
There will be one game - the Russian release was never subject to epilepsy considerations, it would not make sense to now cripple it by (re)coding in line with a hobbled western release.
Here's hoping anyway!
