Dunno. Must just takes longer to cram all thoes informations across the internets, all the way from moscow to the US, it's a long way man. It's cold up there too, you kno, teh pipes shrink and stuff. Makes it harder. We probly get it quicker in oz though cos it's still a long way, but it's easier to push it downwards. You know, like, with Gravity. It's scientific man. Can't explain it
