You should be able to get any stick you want as there are companies that ship world wide.
They're hasn't been a good joystick produced since the MSFF2. I know I've owned them all. I would pick up the MSFF2 on ebay. The Aviator isn't a bad stick, but I'm not sure how it stands up.
I just ordered the Warthog Hotas but it is very expensive. The most important aspects of a stick for me is software, smoothness, and precision. I know Thrustmaster software is very good, and the new ball joint gimbal systems should be very smooth and precise.
