The scene in the video is paused so it's impossible to say (I was wondering as well). However a real-time reflection of the environment is no rocket science; Lock On for example does it since years. Not really different from water reflections or rear view mirrors (of course, with the respective performance impact
). So it's quite possible that this will be an option.
On the other hand the effect will be much more subtle in the release version, so a high-quality realtime reflection is probably overkill.
